Susan Halevi Presents at NCEO’s “ESOP Nuts and Bolts: What You Need to Know About Employee Stock Ownership Plans” Event

HINGHAM, MA, July 1, 2019 – Susan Halevi, an attorney with SES ESOP Strategies, spoke at the National Center for Employee Ownership’s “ESOP Nuts and Bolts: What You Need to Know About Employee Stock Ownership Plans” event on June 27, 2019, in Meriden, CT.

Ms. Halevi presented “Who Runs This Thing? ESOP Fiduciary Issues” to business owners considering an ESOP. The presentation examined how ESOPs are structured with regard to leadership, detailed the roles of those involved in an ESOP and provided information on fiduciary duties relating to ESOPs.

Ms. Halevi represents companies and trustees in ESOP acquisitions, transactions and administration and provides advice to cooperative businesses.

She holds a J.D., with honors, from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. from Tufts University and an A.B. from Vassar College.
