HINGHAM, MA, Oct. 16, 2019 – Susan Halevi of SES ESOP Strategies spoke at The ESOP Association’s New England Chapter Annual Fall ESOP Conference on Oct. 10, 2019, in Springfield, MA.
Ms. Halevi provided a legal and regulatory update as a co-presenter for the “ESOP Hot Topics” session. Ms. Halevi’s presentation reviewed recent cases, filings and other legal developments concerning ESOPs.
Ms. Halevi represents companies and trustees in ESOP acquisitions, transactions and administration and provides advice to cooperative businesses.
She holds a J.D., with honors, from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. from Tufts University and an A.B. from Vassar College.
