Susan Halevi Presents Webinar Hosted by the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center

HINGHAM, MA, Dec. 12, 2019 – Susan Halevi of SES ESOP Strategies presented a webinar hosted by the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center on Dec. 4, 2019.

Ms. Halevi presented “Employee Ownership: How Does it Work?” The webinar provided a big-picture overview for business owners looking to learn more about employee ownership, and included information on ESOPs, co-ops, “EOTs,” hybrid structures and equity compensation.

Ms. Halevi represents companies in ESOP transactions and provides advice to cooperative businesses. She also counsels companies considering alternative paths to employee ownership and mission protection. Recent transactions include an ESOP implementation for a manufacturer, a specialty construction contractor and an engineering design firm (including related licensing issues); acquisition by an ESOP-owned company of an LLC in a new market; and design and operation of a perpetual purpose trust holding an ownership interest in a health care company.

Ms. Halevi holds a J.D., with honors, from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. from Tufts University and an A.B. from Vassar College.
