Alexander Puskar
Alex assists stakeholders of closely held businesses on establishing and operating employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), as well as organizational matters, business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions. He provides strategic guidance to business owners and shareholders on entity formation, compliance, contract review, tax planning and an array of business succession objectives. He also counsels nonprofit organizations in mergers, acquisitions and fundamental change transactions, and in filing for tax-exempt status and general compliance issues.
