Senior Financial AnalystAndrew assists clients across industries with financial modeling, business valuations and regulatory due diligence for employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions. He provides a range of business operations, cashflow and loan analyses to help clients achieve sustainable ESOP structures for their businesses. Andrew also brings a depth of financial and regulatory insights to ESOP transaction and financing considerations.
Prior to joining SES ESOP Strategies, Andrew was a Financial Modeling Analyst at The Beyster Institute, facilitating various ESOP valuation and feasibility engagements. Before Beyster, he worked at various companies in account executive capacities and assisted with enhancing business sales operations and development initiatives.
