He provides a range of business operations and cashflow analyses to help clients achieve their business goals through optimal ESOP structures. Nate also works with clients to help manage and coordinate capital raise processes.
Nate has a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute and holds a Series 79 license from FINRA.
