Robert E. Brown, Special Counsel at SES ESOP Strategies, is presenting on “Will Re-Leveraging Go Down With the Shipp?” at the New York/New Jersey Chapter 2025 Spring Conference, hosted by The ESOP Association in Rochester, NY, on March 6-7, 2025.

Rob and his panel will discuss re-leveraging — what it is and why companies do it.
