James G. Steiker Honored by Rutgers University’s Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing

Chairman James G. Steiker received the Institute Award from Rutgers University’s Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing (Institute) at its Mid-Year Fellows Workshop on Jan. 12 in New Brunswick, NJ.

The Institute studies the emergence of employee ownership models across the country and the approaches that broaden employee involvement and financial participation in the companies where they work. Presented with the Institute Award, Mr. Steiker as recognized as a founding supporter.

Mr. Steiker is a corporate, pension and tax attorney and financial advisor with more than 40 years of experience in ESOPs and other employee ownership matters. He focuses his practice primarily on ESOP design, transactions and compliance in entrepreneurial companies.
