Vincent J. Capone Named a Vice President of SES ESOP Strategies

BALA CYNWYD, PA, January 5, 2023 – SES ESOP Strategies has named Vincent J. Capone a Vice President.

Mr. Capone advises businesses and their shareholders on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions. He is responsible for preliminary valuations, financial modeling for the company and its shareholders, obtaining financing for transactions, negotiations with the buyer and managing the implementation process.

Prior to joining SES in 2019 as an Associate, Mr. Capone was a Senior Credit Analyst at Chubb Limited. He focused his analysis on publicly traded companies and privately held companies across several industries. Before his time with Chubb, he was a Financial Analyst at The Boeing Company where he worked on the V-22 Program’s Long Range Business Plan and Forecast.

Mr. Capone earned his MBA in Finance and Management from Villanova University, and his B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Rowan University.
