He provides a range of business operations, cashflow and accounting considerations to help clients achieve sustainable ESOP structures for their businesses.
Prior to joining SES, Anthony was a Senior Consultant on the Transaction Advisory Team with Baker Tilly, where he supported financial analyses for middle-market clients in buy-side and sell-side engagements. Before that role, he was a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP, providing assurance services for clients across banking, health care, SaaS and real estate sectors.
