Kyle advises companies and their shareholders on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions. He conducts thorough due diligence, prepares preliminary valuations, and develops financial models to analyze shareholder proceeds and evaluate various transaction structures. Kyle is also involved in negotiations with trustees and assists in raising third-party capital to finance transactions.
He holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) designations from the Corporate Finance Institute. He also holds Series 79 and 63 licenses from FINRA.
Kyle proudly serves as a Staff Sergeant in the New Jersey Air National Guard’s maintenance unit, working on a variety of aircraft.
