Rich engages in a diverse transactional practice assisting clients in structuring, negotiating, and completing, a broad range of business and real transactions, including financing transactions.

Utilizing his broad experience, Rich advises business owners, ESOP trustees and other ESOP professionals in negotiating and documenting transaction terms while navigating the path to a successful ESOP transaction.

He works closely with other members of the ESOP team to design and implement appropriate financing structures for the transition of ownership to an ESOP.
