Capone will present the program “Realizing the Benefits of an ESOP for Sellers and Their Companies” hosted by the Fire Suppression Systems Association (FSSA) at its 44th Annual Forum at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, FL, on Feb. 15, 2026.

Steve and Vince will discuss how an ESOP transaction can benefit the company,  its owners and its employees. Talking points will cover tax benefits, company valuation and financings, among other topics. In addition, speakers will go through the process and roadmap on how to explore the approach to and ultimately become an ESOP owned company.
