Robert E. Brown Joins Virtual ESOP Panel Hosted by the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce

Robert E. Brown, Special Counsel at SES ESOP Strategies, joins the Policy Matters virtual series for the program “Employee Stock Ownership Plans – Benefits for Businesses and Communities” hosted by the Greater Rochester Chamber Program on April 1 at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Rob joins Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, Congressman Joseph Morelle and Robyn Brookhart, President & CEO of Liberty Pumps (a local ESOP-owned company), and Bob Duffy, CEO of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and former Lieutenant Governor of New York, to explore the business and community benefits of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), including tax advantages, employee culture enhancements and succession planning avenues.
