Kyle S. Priebe
AssociateKyle is responsible for conducting thorough due diligence and providing in-depth analysis to support the formation of employee stock ownership plans. Kyle’s assists with preliminary valuations, company and shareholder proceeds modeling, and the implementation process.
Kyle holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
Kyle proudly serves in the New Jersey Air National Guard’s maintenance unit, working on a variety of aircraft and holding the rank of Staff Sergeant.
