Zachary assists with providing due diligence, valuation models and transactional analyses that support formation strategies for employee stock ownership plans. He helps to identify key company performance metrics to determine estimated market pricing for a variety of transactions.
Prior to joining SES ESOP Strategies, Zachary assisted with a range of economic and valuation services as a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP, and facilitated financial performance and macroeconomic reports as an Analyst with Crossborder Solutions.
Zachary holds a Series 79 license from FINRA.
