Steven Greenapple and Sean-Tamba Mattew Present at the NCEO 2025 Forum

Steven Greenapple and Sean-Tamba Mattew of SES ESOP Strategies will be sharing their insights on panels hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) 2025 Forum at the Downtown Marriot in Philadelphia, PA, on August 27, 2025.

Steven joins speakers Daniel Gold of Go ESOP LLC and Michael Morosi of 3LS for the 2:15 p.m. session “Why Your ESOP Needs to Consider Acquisitions: Not the Usual ABCs” to discuss the process of an ESOP acquisition and the key motivating reasons to pursuing one. The program explores the fiduciary and strategic reasons ESOPs, especially cash-rich 100% S-Corp ESOPs, need to think differently about deploying capital for long-term growth.

Sean and fellow panelist Patrice Radogna of CBIZ will share insights during the 3:55 p.m. session “Growth, Sustainability, and Compliance: The Triple Mandate for ESOP Company Directors and Executives” on how ESOP leaders can align strategy with the triple mandate of growth, sustainability and compliance. The speakers will share practical insights, action timelines and evaluation approaches for strategic moves like acquisitions through this leadership lens.
